Pfronstetten-Aichelau/Feldberg, January 12, 2026 – From January 21 to 23, 2026, the international elite of para skiing will meet for the second time at Feldberg in the Black Forest. Following its successful premiere last year, the World Cup has
established itself in the FIS calendar. Paravan GmbH will once again support the event as title sponsor in 2026 – visible on the bibs of all athletes and through perimeter advertising along the course.
"Paravan's support is more than just sponsorship for us – it is a clear commitment to equal opportunities and the promotion of Paralympic sport," emphasizes Justus Wolf, Head National Coach for Para Alpine Skiing. "The World Cup at Feldberg has
quickly become an important fixture for our team – both in terms of sport and organization."
Comprehensive mobility solutions – from everyday life to alpine terrain
PARAVAN stands for comprehensive mobility solutions and pursues a 360-degree approach: from initial consultation to barrier-free vehicle conversion to individually adapted driving and control technology and its own driving school, customers receive everything from a single source. The main motivation is to enable self-determined mobility, equal opportunities, and social participation – without outside help. The goal is to create a tailor-made solution for every disability – whether in everyday life, at work, or even in sports.
In addition to vehicle conversions individually adapted to the symptoms with the Space Drive digital driving and steering system, entry aids, and wheelchair loading aids, the extensive product portfolio also includes the award-winning PR wheelchair series. A particular highlight is the all-terrain PR 4X off-road wheelchair, which ensures mobility and independence even in winter conditions. Another highlight is the PR 50 electric wheelchair, the world's first electric wheelchair with EU approval as a driver's seat – individually adjustable, crash-tested, and approved for road use.
The range is complemented by modern control systems such as voice control, touch apps, and joystick solutions, which are individually tailored to the needs of users, enabling barrier-free operation of the vehicle.
"We don't just want to make people with disabilities mobile – we want to open up ways for them to actively participate in life," emphasises Roland Arnold, managing director and founder of PARAVAN GmbH. "The Para Ski World Cup in Feldberg is a powerful symbol of this. We are proud to be a part of it and to support the athletes again this year with our commitment."
