Perfect for driving

The PARAVAN PR 50 is the perfect power wheelchair to drive a car in. It meets the requirements of Section 35a of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulation (StVZO) – with verified TÜV-tested and crash-tested safety. It’s also the first power wheelchair approved by the EU as a vehicle seat with an integrated belt

In combination with the PARAVAN docking station and the PARAVAN vehicle floor, the PR 50 has been successfully crash-tested according to the guidelines of §35a (StVZO) and approved as a car driver's seat.

Belt system: The integrated three-point or four-point belt system keeps you perfectly safe.
Armrest: Up to 12 different adjustment options. Can be tailored to your needs. Choose from a range of arm cushions. Special solutions – no problem!
Seat length adjustment: The seat surface moves forwards or backwards by up to 180 mm. The ideal function for transferring comfortably.
Tilting: Tilts backwards by up to 50° and forwards by up to 20°.
Drive system: Powerful with 2 x 300 watt drive motors. You choose how fast you want to travel: at 6 km/h or 10 km/h! The batteries have a range of approx. 30 km.
