I live here right next to the Swiss border, not a kilometer from there. And in Switzerland a large area of flat countryside begins, where I have good opportunities to move around in a wheelchair. This has been over since 23 March, the border is closed both on the German and Swiss side. For me this means a big restriction of my freedom of movement. Of course I don't go shopping etc., after all I belong to the risk group, so I already avoid the proximity to other people. But in my case it doesn't quite work, the nursing service comes every morning and helps me to get into the wheelchair and with the daily care etc..
Nevertheless, I go on the occasional trip with my great car, which is still a lot of fun. Also the awareness of having this car with all its advantages gives me a positive feeling and drives away some frustration. As advantages in these Corona times I see that everything decelerates a little bit. My sister and I cook a lot and that is a lot of fun. What I find positive is that the politicians are quite united in the fight against the corona virus and don't argue all the time. I hope that everyone will learn something from this crisis and become more patient
